![]() I found that out when trying it again today after updating a few drivers to see if that helped and happened to have the Logitech Gamepad unplugged. Found that the Logitech Gamepad I had plugged in was taking up X-Input slot 1 while DS4 was also assigning my Dualshock 4 to the same spot and that it may have been causing my issues. If you need more information from me, let me know because I would love to have this working again.ĮDIT/RESOLUTION: Solved it. I know my controller is fine because I took it to a friend who has a PS4 and it worked fine on that, and my bluetooth is fine considering I'm using my bluetooth keyboard to type this up (although I did try using the controller via usb connection and same results were had). I'm on a Windows 10 PC with latest update. I had hide DS4 checked, reinstalled xbox drivers and all DS4 related stuff. ![]() I used default profile after fresh install of DS4 and associated drivers for these tests, and for a control had a Logitech gamepad and the gamepad worked just fine on all games. 2: In Oblivion, Right Bumper was triggering the "y" button and most buttons didn't do anything). 1: in Left 4 Dead 2 in the title screen, the controller doesn't do anything unless I hover over a selection, then only up/down D-pad and "A" button works then gets locked on game select menu if I navigate to it using the d-pad, and then only moves with mouse input. It was different for each game, but only a few buttons worked and were scrambled up a bit. After noticing that, I reinstalled DS4, used only the default profile, and the problem persisted and some. By continuing I'm stuck in the profile select screen but with the profile name editor and save button loaded and not able to do anything else in the program. Not being able to open the profile editor, given an error screen and a prompt to either close the program or try to continue. I haven't used DS4 in about 2 weeks and went to play a game today using my Dualshock 4 (not the new one) and so far here's the problems I've ran into. Not mad at all, this program has served me well for awhile now, but after the recent update things got silly. RESOLVED! (See bottom of post for what I found to be the problem.).
